About 16 years after the above real estate transactions, living out of Province, we went back to retain the Bahl Team and worked with Neve in buying a condo unit in Etobicoke through an assignment process, which is being closed at the end of March 2023. In our opinion Sundeep and Neve are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and highly educated who can go above and beyond in helping us in getting a good value either in the purchase or sale of or renting a property. Though we’ve known of Neve for a couple of years through a friend, we finally connected with her as a result of unsuccessful attempts to purchase in an extremely hot Toronto market. On top of all of that, she is a great negotiator; even in a seller’s market she was able to negotiate with the seller so that we didn’t pay any more than desired. After the deal was done, Neve didn’t disappear which we think was the icing on the cake. She continued to reach out to see how we were enjoying our new place (we love it), how the planned upgrades were going and to keep us posted on the market and its impact on our property value.
